Fleet Feet Sports carries many insoles to help support your foot and to align your body.  We carry supportive inserts by Superfeet (see top-right photo) and Powerstep, as well as a full line of inserts by Spenco.  Our knowledgeable staff will take you through our FIT Process and help you find the insert to best suit your foot, addressing any problems or injuries you might have along the way.

Insoles are like mattresses. A good mattress is made of firm, supportive materials. A bad mattress is soft and unsupportive. Same thing with insoles. When you stand on proper suportive insert, you can feel the firmly supportive shape and materials. They are not soft and mushy like so many other brands…because although soft non-supportive insoles feel good when you first put them in your shoes, in the long run your foot problems don't disappear. Our products' firm, contoured shapes provide comfort, and long-term benefit, that soft insoles cannot achieve.

For those still interested in adding cushion to their shoe, we carry several options by Spenco (see bottom-right photo) that provide a more cushioned ride without being too soft.
